  • Leadership

    Mark Brumby, President and CEO. Mark has worked with, and in the travel industry for over 25 years. In 2009, he formed Matrix Travel Services to service the software and consulting needs of the charter cruise and tour industry. From 1999 to 2009, while serving as COO for Matrix Technology Group, Mark directed implementations of large CRM systems at Fortune 500 companies and with the development team created a tour operator platform that encompassed reservations CRM and workflow functionality in one platform. While at Paradigm Communications in the mid 1990’s, Mark managed the development of a reservation platform used by destinations and theme parks to book multi-dimensional travel "packages" which included air, accommodations, car rental, and attraction tickets. Customers included Anheiser Busch Theme Parks (Busch Gardens and Sea World of Orlando), Swissair, The Tampa Convention and Visitors Bureau or CVB, The Greater Fort Lauderdale CVB, The Cincinnati CVB, and The Long Beach California CVB. Prior to his involvement with Paradigm, Mark owned and managed independent travel agencies in Boston and in Tampa for a period of over 10 years.


    Igor Pavlyuk, Founder and Principal Developer. Igor has over 17 years of experience developing commercial software applications. Time Life Inc., JC Penney, General Motors and Outback Steakhouse International Inc. are just some of the Fortune 500 companies that utilized products developed by Igor and his team members. With an extensive background in large data environments, Igor brings a level of experience to RezMagic that only comes with time and experience. His products have been “battle-field” tested and proven time and time again to perform at the highest standards. Igor and Mark have worked together since 1999, when Igor joined Matrix Technology Group as a full time employee and most recently as a consultant for Matrix Travel Services.
